With a working chart of accounts each customer would have the ability to create invoices, track A/P, keep a check book ledger, track current and long term liabilities, prepare payroll, inventory control and much more. We also offer the service of a complete office set up. We can make your office more workable and profitable for you. All of the above services are also available for an existing business. The bonus for an existing business is the clean up option. Clean up would involve overall organization of the records you have already been keeping. All of your financial accounts would be reconciled and brought current. Your computer program would be cleaned or set up to help your company achieve its fullest potential. We could also organize your office at the same time to help you be more productive. After the initial set up or clean up, Business Basics is here to either teach you how to handle your bookkeeping or do the bookkeeping for you. Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly or even Quarterly visits are available. Business Basics is a mobile bookkeeping business.
